The units are reasonably spacious and uniquely designed, featuring lovely garden views. the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. the hotel’s location is fantastic, conveniently situated near shopping centers. the service provided was exceptional throughout the stay.

Our superior king room was new-fashioned with an exceptional view at sunrise and sunset. Location: the hotel was near to airport, nice place and freundlichen people, shopping mall, and the city center and the airport.

We enjoyed a lovely dinner at a nice restaurant here. Our room had a big bed and a separate bathroom, making our stay comfortable. 🛏️.

Lovely & Friendly Atmosphere

During our stay at Novotel, we were greeted with warm smiles and excellent service from the moment we arrived. The staff at the entrance were welcoming and ready to assist. The pool area was well-maintained and provided a refreshing escape from the heat. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck, overlooking the beautiful golf course. The rooms were impressive, with everything in perfect working order. However, the highlight of our stay was the restaurant. The dishes served were absolutely amazing, prepared with great care and bursting with flavor. Novotel truly provided one of the most pleasant stays we have ever experienced.

Novotel in Manado provided great value for money with a comfortable room, good TV and internet. The location was convenient, close to the airport and walking distance to a small mall. The staff were friendly and check-in/out was easy and fast.

The only improvement I would suggest is more breakfast choices.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised to find the check-in process quick and easy, and the room upgrade to a deluxe was a bonus. the location of the hotel is also great, being just a short 10-minute drive from the airport. the views of the surrounding area were absolutely stunning, and I enjoyed taking advantage of the infinity pool and gym facilities.

I did notice that the cleanliness of the hotel could have been improved, as the couch and bathtub in my room were both slightly dirty. the showerhead was not functioning properly, which made it difficult to shower comfortably.

A Relaxing Oasis Before Flying Out

I recently stayed at a hotel in Manado before my flight, and I must say, it was the perfect place to relax before my journey. The hotel's peaceful ambience allowed me to avoid the hustle and bustle of the city center and the dreaded traffic jam. The room was amazingly comfy, and the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast options were much improved since my last visit, and I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious spread. The hotel's enormous pool was a great spot to unwind, although there could have been better supervision to maintain a family-friendly environment. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel for a tranquil and peaceful stay.

I stayed at Novotel for two nights, as it was conveniently close to the airport. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful, even ordering a cheap blue bird taxi for me. The large swimming pool and outdoor eating area were a nice bonus. a great choice for a restful stay before flying.
